What School You Went?
One of my first projects, and my first introduction to the concept of localization for a Hawaiʻi audience, was creating the logo/podcast cover for Home is Here. Launched in Autumn of 2021, the podcast features interviews with a wide variety of guests and focuses on all aspects of life and culture in Hawaiʻi.
My initial passes were pretty generic. Through dialoguing with stakeholders, I created a retro design that matched the vision of our CEO. I created the initial logo in 2021. In early 2023, I wanted to return to the design and clean up the text for better legibility at small sizes.
